Zucchini, Egg and Avocado Salad
2 eggs, hard boiled
One large zuchinni sliced in ribbons on the mandolin
One avocado, cut in slices
Cilantro and dill
Olive Oil and Meyer lemon
Salt and Pepper
Powergreen Salad w/ Apples and Beets
1 bag of powergreens
One honeycrisp apple, sliced
Three beets, boiled and sliced
Toasted almonds
Maple apple vinaigrette
