Store shelves are stark across the US while people hoard everything from toilet paper to bottled water. Whether or not you are affected by the hype surrounding the Coronavirus COVID-19 it may be worthwhile to stock up on groceries in the event you are quarantined.

Carbohydrates

* Whole Wheat or Legume pasta

* Annie’s Mac & Cheese (for kiddos, and who’s kidding adults too)
